There has been so much going on in this world and sometimes we never get a chance to take a deep breath and be grateful for where we are right now. I have had highs and I have had lows. One thing that I do is to be thankful for the journey and acknowledge myself and the people who have come before me. My ancestors have been there for me from Day one and believe me I am grateful.
